A: 7 full days are part of the weekly rental.
Q: How many days are included in the monthly rental option?
A: 30 full days are part of the monthly rental.
Q: I placed an order for a handbag on www.wearsbags.com. When does my rental time commence?
A: The rental time for your bag will not commence until it has been received by you. Example: If you pick up your handbag at 2:30PM on a Monday, your handbag does not need to be returned until 2:30PM the following Monday.
Q: How do I receive my hand bag rental?
A: As soon as your order is received we will reach out to via phone to coordinate your handbag pickup and/or delivery and return.
Q: Where can I pick up and return up my handbag rental?
A: Each handbag pickup and/or delivery and return is coordinated in advance with each customer. Pick up and delivery of your handbag rental is currently only available in the following California cities: Long Beach, Huntington Beach, Santa Ana, and Torrance. We are working to expand our city list to serve more customers that love handbag rentals.
Q: What happens if I need my handbag longer than the original one week rental purchased?
A: No problem, just email us at wearsemail@gmail.com to let us know. We will then bill your credit card for another weekly rental.
Q: What if I fail to return my bag by the expected return date?
A: We keep your credit card information on file for this exact reason. WEARS will automatically charge your credit card for another weekly rental. We will continue to charge you weekly until you return your bag.
Q: What if the handbag is lost or stolen?
A: We are a small business and we rely on having our bags in stock to conduct daily business. If your handbag is lost or stolen you will be charged the full retail price of the handbag.
